As a certified practitioner of the Prosci Change Management methodology in a variety of complex organisations, Misty has also coached certification program participants across Australia through their own projects over a number of years.
On behalf of ConnectGroups, Misty developed the freely available LGBTI+ Peer Support Guide, which aims to assist LGBTIQA+ groups to implement an evidence-based peer support program with minimal support.
Organisations such as Edith Cowan University and Richmond Wellbeing have engaged Misty to write reports and evaluate their projects / services.
Misty has been involved in organising a number of conferences, including Stand Bi Us, Australian Ally 2018, and International Australian Studies 2016.
Private Lives 3 is the third iteration of the Private Lives surveys. It is Australia’s largest national survey of the health and wellbeing of LGBTIQ people to date.
The WA LGBTI Health Strategy 2019–2024 is a first of its kind in Western Australia and strives to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTI populations.
